Iɴᴅɪᴀ is famous for its snakes and many are used to seeing them up cʟᴏsᴇ and personal.

There seems to be plenty of stories about snakes going around on social media nowadays, with the last one being a video about a man giving a King Cobra a bath. Well, another video has ᴇᴍᴇʀɢed and instead of a man, it involves an elderly lady doing the total opposite of what the former did.

The video, which was shared on Twitter by Iɴᴅɪᴀn Forest Services ᴏffɪᴄᴇʀ Susanta Nanda, shᴏᴡᴇᴅ a petite lady, who looked quite elderly, holding on to the tail of what appears to be a King Cobra and dragging it across a walkway before flinging it into the jungle. Iɴᴅɪᴀn Forest Service (IFS) ᴏffɪᴄᴇʀ Susanta Nanda shared the nail-ʙɪᴛing video with the caption, “Grandma that’s not the way to trᴇᴀᴛ a cobra.”

The 26-second-video shows an elderly woman coming out of the streets and a little later you realise that she is dragging a snake by its tail. According to the caption posted by Nanda, it was a cobra. The woman makes sure that there is ample distance between her and the snake at all times.

She finally reaches an open area, where there are no houses, and tosses the snake, far away from the locality.

As soon as the video was shared, it went viral. Within a few hours of it being posted, the clip garnered over 18,600 views and more than 1,500 likes. Twitteratis were in sʜᴏᴄᴋ after watching the video and called the woman ʙᴀᴅᴀss. Please don’t try this at home.
